Directions Avrin & Regolsky is located at 705 Centre Street in
Jamaica Plain, between the Jamaica Plain Monument and the Post Office. We
are on the third floor.
BY CAR From Route 128/I-95: Follow Route 9 East approximately 10 miles. You will pass
the Chestnut Hill Mall on your left and the Atrium Mall on your right. Continue
straight on Route 9. You will pass an old brick fire station on your right.
Soon after there will be a large condominium complex (Brook House) on your
right. This is Brookline Village. Immediate after Brook House, just before the stone bridge,
make a “soft” right then a “soft” left up the ramp to get on the Jamaicaway. Do
NOT turn right on the street next to the Brook House. If you have gone under
the stone bridge, you have gone too far. Continue on the Jamaicaway through two traffic lights (the
second light is at Perkins Street and the Mansion House Condominium will be diagonally on your left). At the third light turn left on to Pond Street(Jamaica Pond and its Boat
House will be on your right). Take Pond
Street a few blocks to the end. Turn right (this
is Centre Street). Go several blocks. Pass the US Post Office and JP Licks on
your right. After Bank of America (also on your right) turn right on to Burroughs Street.
Turn left into our parking lot where two hour parking is available. Our
building is on the corner of Center and Burroughs. Come to the front of the
building.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Take the Orange Line to Forest Hills. When you come up the
stairs from the train to the station, exit to the bus stop area at your left
and take the No. 39 bus (it is the only bus that stops in that location). Get
off at the Monument, stay on the same side of the street, and walk past the
Fire Station until you reach the CVS. Cross the street there. You will be at
the corner of Burroughs and Centre Street. Go left past the Indian restaurant
(Bukhara) and the antique store. We are between theThai restaurant (Ban Chiang)
and the antique store (Cobwebs). The bus ride from Forest Hills is usually
about 5 minutes, no more.
You can also catch the No. 39 bus going in the other
direction in Copley Square across from the Copley Plaza Hotel (same location as
the Farmers’ Market). Get off right in front of our office. It is the Burroughs
Street stop, one stop after the post office. Get to Copley Square by taking the
T to Copley on the Green Line, or Back Bay on the Orange Line. This way is
slower.
